OEID Visits LUMIRing: Strengthening Digital Development Opportunities in Portugal
The LUMIRing project proudly welcomed representatives from the Observatory of Digital Ecosystems and Infrastructures (OEID), including members Luis Bernardino, Rui Duque Ribeiro, and Carlos Paulino. The visit, organized by Paulo Leal from TELCABO S.A., marked a significant step in fostering collaboration between LUMIRing and the OEID, with a focus on advancing digital infrastructure development in Portugal.
During the visit, OEID representatives recognized LUMIRing as “an important vehicle for Portugal,” highlighting the project’s potential to open numerous opportunities in the realm of digital ecosystems. The OEID emphasized the significance of LUMIRing in reinforcing Portugal’s Euro-Atlantic centrality in global data communication networks.
